We hosted two alert management update webinars for pharmacies and hospitals in November. In light of the recent fake Ozempic packs that were identified in the legal supply chain in the EU and UK, we want to ensure that pharmacies and hospitals are clear on what to do if alerts are generated on any packs that have been scanned.
During the sessions we stepped through the alert handling process using NMVS Alerts, and provided information on the support that is available from IMVO.
