Support sessions

The IMVO team are available to host support sessions for end-users and their teams. This can be one to one or as part of a group and would include support in the following areas:

  • Scanning queries
  • Scanner configuration guidance
  • IMVS/IMVO account queries
  • Alert queries

The sessions can be organised via phone, Microsoft Teams or Zoom. To arrange a session please email info@imvo.ie with your name, phone number and details of the support required.
